The top is a beautifully figured piece of Purpleheart wood, elegantly laid over a chambered Cherry back to provide both visual appeal and balanced resonance. For enhanced comfort, the top includes a carefully bent forearm contour that ensures complete coverage and a smooth playing experience. The neck is constructed from a durable 5-piece laminate of Hard Maple and Purpleheart, offering strength and stability, while the fingerboard is crafted from exquisite Birdseye Maple, adding a delicate and unique touch to the instrument’s appearance. The bridge, pickup covers, and tailpiece are all made from richly figured Purpleheart, complementing the overall design. The hardware is finished in gold, featuring high-quality Gotoh res-o-lite tuners and knobs, along with reliable Dunlop strap locks for secure play. The string nut and bridge saddles are polished brass, contributing to smooth string action and enhanced tonal qualities. The electronics consist of Simonetti Passive humbuckers with CTS controls for master volume, pickup blend, and tone, complemented by a convenient gold side jack.
