Amber Quilted Maple 4 String

This short scale bass has no headstock! It features a 30” short scale and a mirrored double cutaway body. The tuners are built into the single-string bridge. The top is Quilted Maple with an Amber-tinted finish and natural edges for a bound look. Pickup covers and knobs match the wood. The neck is a 5-piece Hard Maple and Purpleheart laminate, with a lightweight solid Cherry back and matching control cover. The neck has a custom slim taper, and the Ebony fingerboard has Quilted Maple oval inlays matching the top. It uses Simonetti bar humbuckers with custom stacked volume and tone controls for both magnetic pickups and Piezo bridge elements, plus a blend pot for the magnetics. The nut is hand-cut brass, matching the gold hardware. A high gloss finish highlights the 3D Quilted Maple top.
