Custom 6 string Fretless

A bit of a blast from the past, this 6 string was acquired on the pre-owned market and sent in for some upgrades. First was a fretless conversion. Then the head profile was shaved down a bit and Hipshot tuners were added. Then the whole thing got a high gloss clear coat. The Neck is Mahogany with Walnut stringers and the “wings” are chambered Mahogany with a Peruvian Walnut top accented with bass clef and Simonetti Logo designs. The fingerboard is Wenge with Maple lines and the large Purpleheart pickup cover houses 2 Simonetti Passive humbuckers with coil switching for each. CTS master volume, pickup blend and tone complete the passive setup. The Bridge is Purpleheart and the string nut and bridge saddles are polished brass.
